Locum Ready is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners in Magor. This flexible role offers sessional work across local primary care providers, matching your clinical background and weekly availability.

As a Locum ACP, you will deliver autonomous assessments, manage acute presentations and support routine primary care activity. Sessions can be short-term, ad-hoc or regular weekly bookings to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) is required.
• Independent Prescribing qualification is preferred.
• Experience in GP, UTC, walk-in or urgent care services is needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent ACP-led clinics in local primary care settings.
• Assess and manage undifferentiated presentations.
• Provide telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe safely within your scope of practice.
• Support clinical workflows and document in systems.
