Job summary

Law Staff is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join a growing team and handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. You will build client relationships, supervise junior staff, and contribute to business development in a flexible office location.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hybrid-friendly office location and a supportive environment designed to advance your practice and portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Strong legal skills with familiarity of standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
• Understanding of stakeholders in construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, supporting and leading cases.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development.
• Build and manage a client portfolio for ongoing growth.
• Provide construction support to related property and corporate teams.
• Participate in networking events and raise the firm’s profile.
• Deliver high client satisfaction and meet individual targets.
