Job summary

Draycott Nursing & Care seeks a female live-in carer in Windsor to support one client. Shifts span 10–12 hours with breaks; live with the client for the rota duration and travel with them as needed. Weekday pay is £138.60 per day and weekend pay is £148.10 per day, plus food allowance.

Start date ASAP. DBS check may be required. Essential requirements include a full UK driving licence, experience in mental health care, complex needs support, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Live with the client for the duration of the rota.
• Support with daily living and personal care.
• Provide emotional and mental health support.
• Assist with moving and handling as needed.
• Monitor behaviour and respond appropriately to challenges.
• Maintain accurate written records using the care management app.
