Job summary

The Greenbank Project is seeking an Additional Learning Support Manager to assist students during education and vocational learning sessions at Liverpool sites. The position requires flexibility and may include evening/weekend shifts to support learning activities.

You will supervise breaks, support tutors, help develop individual learning plans, and maintain records in line with quality standards. A commitment to safeguarding and effective teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students during learning sessions and work with tutors to deliver opportunities.
• Undertake break and lunchtime supervision.
• Develop flexible working practices to achieve learning objectives.
• Liaise with relevant staff across the organisation and external agencies contributing to the student’s action plan.
• Take an active role in the student review process supporting the student, tutor and representative.
• Assist with job task analysis while supporting students on work placements.
• Undertake administrative duties, maintain records, monitor and review work to quality standards.
• Report issues relating to student progress or additional support requirements to the Line Manager.
• Work as part of a team, share resources and attend meetings as required.
• Undergo training and comply with policies; perform other duties as assigned.
