Woodcote High School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access learning, make progress and reach their potential. You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide high-quality support to individuals, small groups and whole classes.

You will contribute to an inclusive learning environment, reinforce teaching, promote pupil independence and support behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment activities
• Maintain accurate pupil records
• Supervise pupils during transitions and unstructured times
• Undertake administrative tasks to support teaching and learning
• Support behaviour and wellbeing and safeguarding procedures
