Flexible Learning Support Assistant (No Experience Needed) – Ystrad Mynach

Flexible Working – Full-time & Part-time Roles Available
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | No Weekends!
Locations: Ystrad Mynach, Caerphilly, and Bargoed

Are you passionate about supporting young people? Looking for a flexible job that fits your schedule? We are hiring Learning Support Assistants (no qualifications needed!) for a Special Educational Needs School in Ystrad Mynach. Whether you're seeking full-time or day-to-day work, we have opportunities for you!

About the School:

  • Supports students aged 3-19 with Special Educational Needs
  • Small class sizes (maximum 10 students) with high staff-to-pupil ratios
  • Focus on inclusive, empowering, and child-centred education
  • Hands-on learning, including sensory and practical activities

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students with personal and educational development
  • Assisting teachers inside and outside the classroom with interactive learning
  • Promoting positive mental attitudes and independence in students
  • Engaging in sensory activities to make learning fun and impactful
  • Full training provided – no prior experience necessary!
