Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking KS1/KS2 supply teachers to work in Gosport and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day to long‑term placements with flexible scheduling from 1 to 5 days per week.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and follow school policies. QTS or equivalent is required, with DBS Update Service preferred. References and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for KS1/KS2.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
• Two professional, school-based references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 (Yr 1-2) or KS2 (Yr 3-6).
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Follow school behaviour and marking policies for a smooth student transition.
• Adapt quickly to different school routines and establish rapport with staff and pupils.
