Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Reliable, hardworking and dependable.
• Experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar kitchen environment.
• Knowledgeable about food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces and food preparation areas.
• Sweeping and mopping floors while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods.
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
