Qualifications

• Experience as a Kitchen Porter, Catering Assistant, or Event Porter is helpful but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong team ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and occasional short notice shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supporting chefs and catering teams with general cleaning and kitchen duties.
• Washing dishes, utensils and equipment via pot wash, plate wash or glasswash.
• Cloakroom duties when required.
• Keeping workstations clean, organised and safe.
• Moving stock, equipment and furniture for event setups.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
• Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures.
