Job summary

Selkent Fastenings in Sittingbourne is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team. You will support the accurate movement of goods through the warehouse, from receiving deliveries to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, organisation and teamwork in a busy environment. Hours are Flexible 8-hour shifts starting from 11:00am, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety and meeting daily targets.

Qualifications

• Picking, checking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries.
• Reporting shortages, damages, discrepancies or stock issues promptly.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following company procedures and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities
