Compass Children’s Homes is seeking Bank Support Workers to help children in care with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. No prior experience required; full induction and ongoing training are provided.
You will build positive relationships, support educational activities, and help set routines and boundaries. A valid manual driving licence is preferred. £60 per sleep-in, flexible patterns, and strong supervision are offered.

Work in a children’s home that makes a positive, lasting difference to children’s lives. This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.
