Compass Community is seeking dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our children’s homes network in England. You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping children and young people with daily care, activities, and safeguarding in a warm, home-like environment. No prior experience required; we provide induction and ongoing training.

Work in a children’s home that makes a positive, lasting difference to children’s lives. This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.
We are looking for determined, caring and thoughtful people to become long-lasting, significant adults in a child’s life, and flexible hours, a bank support worker role with Compass could be for you.
Previous experience is not essential for this role. You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
