Qualifications
Right to work in the UK.
Minimum of 2 references.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Experience supporting young people with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties ideally in a secure or SEN environment.
Responsibilities
Support the educational and emotional development of students in the classroom.
Build trusted relationships with young people while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Help deliver structured lessons, tailored interventions and activities focused on personal development and vocational skills.
Provide 1:1 and group support, encouraging engagement, resilience and progress.
Assist with managing behaviour using specialist approaches.
Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times.
