Job summary

Aldi in the United Kingdom is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to work 10–20 hours per week. You will be at the heart of the store, providing friendly customer service, stocking shelves, checking deliveries, and ensuring products are displayed to the highest standard.

Shifts may start as early as 6am or finish as late as 10pm, with 28 days of annual leave including bank holidays and access to training and development resources.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock quickly to ensure availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards
