Job summary

Aldi is recruiting for a customer-focused store role in the UK. You’ll be at the heart of the store, helping customers, stocking shelves and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll work in a fast-paced team to keep the store running smoothly and create a great shopping experience.

Shifts can start early and finish late; the role offers flexible contracts between 10-30 hours per week with progression and training opportunities. A supportive team and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and able to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most!
