Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Organize and lead engaging activities, such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing play areas and equipment.
• Monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioural concerns to the management team.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to our policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Animal Management Qualification or equivalent.
• Full Clean Manual Drivers License and at least 4 years of driving experience.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and maintaining control in group settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in animal care is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Hours:

• This is an ideal role for someone seeking flexible hours.
• We offer a range of hours from 16 to 30 hours per week.
• Willingness to cover last-minute shifts and be flexible with working hours is preferred.
