• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to customers and ensuring the van and trays are clean and tidy.
• Explain substitutions and changes to orders, offering refunds where needed.
• Load the van, check roadworthiness, and maintain a tidy delivery area.
• Talk to customers with a friendly, helpful approach and be flexible to customer needs.
• Call customers before arriving if early and communicate delays to the store if late.
