Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a flexible supply bank in Leeds. The role covers day-to-day or short-term assignments across local schools, delivering planned lessons, leading interventions, and supporting teachers.

Ideal candidates hold HLTA Level 4, have experience across EYFS/KS1/KS2, and possess an Enhanced DBS. You can choose when to work and enjoy ongoing CPD and local school links.

Qualifications

• Qualified to HLTA Level 4 (or equivalent).
• Experience across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to accept work at short notice.
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher and manage behaviour.
• Deliver targeted group and one-to-one interventions.
• Support planning, assessment and resource preparation for lessons.
