Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd is recruiting experienced HGV 1 Drivers to support a respected national postal operation based in Hatfield. The role involves transporting parcels between distribution hubs and delivery centres with typically 1–2 drops per shift.

Competitive hourly rates up to £27.75, with lates/nights and earlies/days options, and flexibility for full-time, part-time or ad hoc shifts. On-site parking and staff canteen are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC & digi card.
• Minimum 12 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• No DD, DR, IN, CD or TT endorsements.
• Good understanding of Working Time Directive regulations.
• DBS check and site induction required.

Responsibilities

• Transporting parcels between distribution hubs and delivery centres.
• Typically only 1-2 drops per shift.
• Ensuring safe, secure and timely deliveries.
• Driving clean, well-maintained vehicles.
