Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in Worcester to provide high-quality care across various settings, from elderly care to people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. The role is temporary, requires a driver with their own car, and offers training in line with Care Certificate and Core Skills.

You will work with a compassionate team, follow care plans, and contribute to better outcomes for service users while enjoying weekly pay and flexible shift options.

Qualifications

• Good English language skills.
• Driver with access to own car.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Clear enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, including safe lifting and moving.
• Administer medications as needed and follow care plans.
• Prepare meals and provide general companionship.
• Support independence and dignity in daily activities.
