Exemplar Health Care’s Willowbeck care home in Sheffield is seeking a friendly Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs in a welcoming, compassionate team. You’ll contribute to personal care, meals, and daily wellbeing, while maintaining accurate care records and promoting dignity and independence.

Six months of care experience is preferred, but we value your caring nature and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Qualifications are not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support people with their personal care.
• Assist with meals and feeding times.
• Monitor and understand health and wellbeing needs.
• Encourage social activities and promote dignity, independence and respect.
• Complete and maintain care records.
