Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Health Care Assistant at Walton Grove care home in Oldham. The successful candidate will help adults with complex care needs live their best lives, with day and night shifts available.

Training and induction are provided; no two days are the same, with responsibilities including personal care, meals, health monitoring and supporting social activities while upholding dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care and daily routines.
• Assist residents at meal times.
• Understand individual health and wellbeing needs.
• Encourage participation in social activities inside and outside the home.

• Complete and maintain care records.
