Responsibilities

• Welcoming and arriving patients.
• Care navigation and processing referrals from partner organisations.
• Registering patients on SystmOne.
• Reviewing pre-booked appointments to ensure booking criteria are met.
• Opening and closing the site.
• Chaperoning patient appointments.
