Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP on the medical register.
• Inclusion on NHS Performers List is required.
• Experience in primary care or community settings is expected.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments.
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent GP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Manage acute, chronic and undifferentiated presentations.
• Conduct telephone triage and same-day access appointments.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines.
• Handle clinical actions including results, referrals and medication reviews.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records.
