Job summary

You will support primary care services by managing autonomous GP clinics, handling urgent care demand, providing routine appointments and completing essential clinical follow-up work with clear guidance and a well-managed environment.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner with current license to practice.
• NHS Performers List registration required.
• Experience in primary care or community health settings.

Responsibilities

• Running independent GP clinics across community and primary care settings.
• Managing acute, routine and complex presentations.
• Conducting telephone triage to support urgent access demand.
• Prescribing safely within clinical guidelines.
• Completing results, medication reviews and referral actions.
• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborating effectively with local clinical teams.
