• Supports the LAB with procedural matters and provides advice.
• Coordinates the preparation and distribution of meeting papers.
• Monitors actions, tracks progress, and ensures meetings are quorate.
• Onboards new governors with resources and induction.
• Advises on governor term expiries and skills mix.
