Qualifications

• Valid Class C+E HGV Licence.
• Current Driver CPC Qualification.
• Previous HGV driving experience.
• Good understanding of tachograph regulations and transport compliance.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety in transport environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and on schedule to customer sites and designated locations.
• Ensure deliveries meet procedures and customer requirements.
• Comply with road traffic regulations, tachograph requirements and transport legislation.
• Complete and return delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, roadworthy condition.
• Follow health and safety procedures and safe driving practices.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
