Dals is seeking freelance interpreters across Devon who speak Arabic, Polish, Farsi, Pashto, and other community languages to support healthcare, legal, education, and public sector services. Use your language skills with English to help people access essential services while enjoying the flexibility of freelance work.

As a Face-to-Face Interpreter, you will interpret conversations, support appointments in multiple settings, and manage your assignments and availability through our interpreter

Qualifications

• Speak English and at least one other language fluently, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in interpretation is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, professional, and culturally aware with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Interpret conversations between English speakers and language speakers.
• Support appointments in healthcare, education, legal, housing, and social care settings.
• Manage assignments and availability through the interpreter platform.
