Job summary

Absolute Interpreting and Translations Ltd is seeking freelance interpreters based in Ox4 4Dh or nearby areas. Join a growing network providing face-to-face, telephone, and video remote interpreting for NHS Trusts, councils, law firms, and private clients across the UK.

Flexible hours and both remote and in-person assignments are available. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and another language, with right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one other language.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply).
• Proof of ID and address.

Responsibilities

• Accept freelance interpreting assignments across healthcare, legal, social services, schools and housing sectors.
• Provide accurate interpretation for NHS trusts, councils, law firms and private clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all assigned settings.
