Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Food & Beverage Assistant to create a warm dining experience for residents, families and visitors, serving meals and refreshments and keeping dining areas clean and inviting.

You will work with hospitality and kitchen teams to support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services, prepare dining areas, serve residents and assist with kitchen duties, bringing a friendly, professional approach and pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
