Job summary

4Leisure Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Personal Trainer in Sheffield to deliver tailored fitness programs, lead inductions and group classes, and support gym operations with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

The ideal candidate holds Level 2 and Level 3 fitness certifications plus First Aid, and will enjoy flexible, casual shifts and a competitive hourly rate as part of a professional team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer certification.
• Must hold a valid First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, motivating atmosphere for members.
• Design and deliver personalised training programs tailored to individual fitness goals.
• Lead gym inductions and group exercise classes.
• Support day-to-day gym floor operations, including cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
