Klarent Hospitality Limited is hiring a Casual Fitness Instructor for DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge in Dartford, Kent. The role focuses on motivating guests, delivering wellbeing guidance, and providing personal training in one-to-one or small-group formats within a hospitality setting.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, promoting health and fitness, ensuring safety, and supporting guests with individualized exercise plans while upholding brand standards and guest

Qualifications

• Motivate members and customers to reach health and fitness goals.
• Provide wellbeing advice including exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for customer safety.
• Provide personal training one-to-one or in small groups.
• Have knowledge of exercise techniques and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate members and customers to reach health and fitness goals.
• Offer wellbeing advice including exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance is followed to ensure the safety of all customers.
• Provide personal training either one-to-one or small groups.
• Confident communicator, with the ability to motivate and engage customers.
• A wide range of knowledge on exercise techniques and programmes.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Obtains a Gym Qualification Level 2 of Above.
