Job summary

Willingcare in the UK is seeking a Flexible Nursery Practitioner to work across Woking and surrounding areas, with ongoing, temporary shifts and pay up to £18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

You will support children’s learning under the EYFS framework, build warm relationships with children and parents, adapt to different nursery settings, and follow safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or above, BA, or QTS).
• Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or other early years setting.
• Ability to travel between locations (driving licence helpful but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams.
• Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and follow daily routines.
• Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning spaces for children aged 0–5 years.
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies.
