Job summary

Meridian Trust is seeking a flexible Exam Invigilator to join Weldon Village Academy. You will supervise students during examinations, ensuring integrity and security of exam papers and procedures. Full training will be provided, with responsibilities including seating plans and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A good educational background with GCSE or equivalent in English Language.
• Experience in supporting exam processes is not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during examinations under the direction of the Examinations Officer or Senior Invigilator.
• Invigilate internal and external examinations throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with Exam Board Regulations and secure handling of papers.
• Complete seating plans and other examination-related documentation.
• Work flexibly within the examination timetable to cover unforeseen circumstances.
