Job summary

Stafflex Education Recruitment Limited is recruiting Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Huddersfield and Kirklees for the upcoming exam period. This flexible, ad-hoc role fits around your availability and provides an opportunity to earn extra income.

You will prepare examination rooms, supervise sessions, ensure rules are followed, distribute materials, and help manage candidate flow. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures apply to all candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous exam invigilation experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant education/support experience will be considered.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills and clear communication are important.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and setting up examination rooms
• Supervising students throughout examinations
• Ensuring exam rules and procedures are followed
• Distributing and collecting examination materials
• Supporting the orderly arrival and departure of candidates
• Maintaining a calm, quiet and professional exam environment
• Accompanying candidates when required, in accordance with exam procedures
