Job summary

Activate Learning is seeking Invigilators for Bracknell and Wokingham College to ensure smooth exam delivery and a positive experience for learners. You will supervise students, enforce exam regulations and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout examinations.

Training is provided, and prior experience is not required. Flexibility is essential with busy periods in January, May, June and November, and interviews are scheduled for the 2nd of September at Bracknell and Wokingham College.

Qualifications

• The successful applicants will be calm, highly organised and able to demonstrate an empathy for students.
• You will understand and familiarise yourself with Awarding Organisation guidelines and possess the skills to support and monitor groups of learners.
• Some of our students require access arrangements during exams.
• Our invigilation team will ensure that these students receive the full support that they are entitled to during the exams so that they can achieve their full potential.
• Some of our exams require the use of IT. Training will be provided if you are appointed to administer IT-based exams.
