Activate Learning Group is seeking Exam Invigilators to support Reading College, ensuring smooth exam delivery and a positive experience for learners. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with flexible availability during peak periods in January, May, June and November.

Invigilators will supervise exams, ensure regulations are followed, and maintain a calm environment. A welcoming, inclusive team culture and ongoing development opportunities are offered at Reading

Qualifications

• Calm, highly organised and able to demonstrate empathy for students.
• Familiarity with Awarding Organisation guidelines and ability to support learners.
• Comfortable using IT for IT-based exams and willing to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during exams and assessments.
• Ensure exam regulations are followed and maintain a calm atmosphere.
• Support students with access arrangements as required.
• Participate in training and join a friendly, supportive team at Reading College.
