Job summary

Lift Four Dwellings Secondary, part of Lift Schools, seeks Exams Invigilators to support examinations across the school year. This casual role offers flexible hours, with training provided and a focus on a calm, well‑organised examination environment.

You will join the exams team, supervise students, and ensure procedures are followed, contributing to fair and secure examinations. Prior invigilation experience isn’t required, as training is supplied.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a school or examination environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure readiness before students arrive.
• Supervise students during examinations and maintain appropriate conditions.
• Distribute and collect examination papers and materials securely.
• Provide clear instructions at the start and end of examinations.
• Ensure regulations and school procedures are followed at all times.
• Report concerns or irregularities to the Exams Officer.
• Support approved access arrangements when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of examination materials.
