Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers for daily supply and longer placements in Bolton and surrounding areas. You will deliver prepared lessons, manage classrooms and support pupils across various year groups, with opportunities for continuity through longer-term roles.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS or be eligible for QTS, have recent primary school experience and demonstrate strong classroom management and a professional, adaptable approach to teaching.

Qualifications

• QTS or confirmation you are eligible for QTS.
• Recent experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support.
• Professional and flexible approach to supply teaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons in line with school objectives.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment and pupil engagement.
• Follow school routines and lesson plans.
• Provide feedback to the class teacher where appropriate.
• Adapt to different year groups (EYFS to KS2) as required.
• Support pupils’ learning and build rapport with staff.
