Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. Bishopbriggs nursery is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities and help children reach key milestones.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children in roles like Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in educational activities and promoting development toward milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to complete day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
