Job summary

Bright Horizons Palmers Green Nursery is seeking a flexible Nursery Practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team in North London. You will support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities, helping children aged 3 months to 5 years reach key milestones, while enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee.

We welcome applicants with a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification and experience in nursery settings.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in nursery settings with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities.
• Encourage children's development towards key milestones.
• Work with the team to complete day-to-day tasks such as tidying and preparation.
• Collaborate to create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
