Job summary

Bright Horizons in Nottingham is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support the delivery of the EYFS by engaging children in educational activities and promoting development toward milestones. You will join a Bright Flex / Bank team and help with room setup, tidying and preparation to ensure a smooth daily routine.

The role requires a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification and experience with children. You will need strong communication skills, safeguarding knowledge, and flexibility to adapt to

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in nurseries or similar roles.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Flexibility and adaptability in shifts and duties.
