Bright Horizons Great Cornard Day Nursery & Pre-School is seeking a flexible practitioner to join Bright Flex/Bank team in Sudbury. You will care for babies and children up to age 5, supporting development with play, reading and activities, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.75, 40% childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, a pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred but not essential.
• Ability to engage children with interactive play and reading.
• Strong communication with children and adults.
