Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) respectfully.
• Support with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
• Assist with medication administration after training.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when required.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Record and report changes in the client’s health.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the care management team.
