Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for Royal Mail to join as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. You will drive a Royal Mail van on some routes and also deliver on foot, delivering letters and parcels with pride in your community.

Role requires a full UK driving licence with up to six points, the ability to walk long distances, and flexibility for varying shifts. Training and a driving assessment are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; team players needed who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your round, driving a Royal Mail van when required.
• Occasionally complete parts of the route on foot and ensure items reach their destination safely.
• Pass a driving assessment on start and work flexibly as part of the team.
