Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for Royal Mail to fill a flexible (temporary) Post Person with Driving role. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels and driving a Royal Mail van.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points, fitness to walk 20,000 steps daily and lift up to 16 kg, and the ability to adapt to shifting schedules. A driving assessment will be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Physically able to walk 20,000 steps daily and lift up to 16 kg.
• Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to short-notice changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community as the face of Royal Mail.
• Drive a Royal Mail van on your round, with parts of the route completed on foot.
• Ensure secure and accurate delivery of all items in line with Royal Mail standards.
