Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers for Royal Mail. You will be the face of the service in your community, delivering letters and parcels while staying active throughout the day.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, the ability to walk long distances (up to 20,000 steps) and lift up to 16 kg. Shifts vary and a driving assessment will be required at start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels on your route.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and deliver election materials and certain items.
• Provide exceptional service in the community and ensure items reach their destination safely.
