Job summary

Angard Recruitment supports Royal Mail in recruiting flexible delivery drivers. You will be responsible for delivering letters and parcels in your community, combining driving duties with on-foot route elements, and representing the service with pride.

Roles offer varied shifts, physical activity, and the chance to contribute to a trusted community service. A driving assessment is required on start, with opportunities to work outdoors and be active daily.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk 20,000 steps a day, and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; need to be a team player and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in the local community as the face of Royal Mail.
• Drive a Royal Mail van on your round and ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Pass a driving assessment at start and maintain standard business practices.
