Job summary

Academics in Basildon is recruiting Daily Supply Teachers to support a variety of primary schools from September 2026. These roles offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to choose when you work while gaining diverse classroom experience.

You will teach across year groups with none-to-minimal planning and be supported by a dedicated education consultant. A valid QTS and the right to work in the UK are essential; an enhanced DBS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and the right to work in the UK.
• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Able to adapt to different schools and classroom environments.
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and professional.
• Recent graduates with QTS and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Holds an enhanced DBS or willing to complete checks.

Responsibilities
