Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a clinician to deliver crisis intervention care for children and young people, working through the Flexi-Bank on behalf of the trust. The role involves managing referrals, coordinating care, and providing crisis assessments within local paediatric settings and CYPS teams.

You will join a supportive temporary staffing service with flexible shifts, training opportunities and a pathway to deliver high quality care across Surrey.

Qualifications

• Experience with crisis intervention for children and young people is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Management of referrals including delivery of care
• Supervision of clinical staff across the Surrey-wide service
• Provision of a 7 day/week crisis intervention service, which offers assessments to children, young people and their families presenting in crisis in both local Paediatric wards and CYPS Community Team Bases
